In-Clinic Emergencies – Please Call First
As pet owners, we all know that our furry friends can get into trouble at any time. Whether it’s a sudden illness or an accident, it’s important to know where to turn for help in a pet emergency. At Green Hills Veterinary Clinic, we are committed to the wellbeing of every patient — and that means being honest with you when an emergency arises.
We do not operate as a walk-in emergency clinic. Instead, when you call us, our receptionist will take the time to understand what's happening with your pet and check whether we have the availability to see them right away. If we have an opening, we will get your pet in as quickly as possible. If our schedule does not allow us to provide the level of urgent attention your pet needs, we will refer you to a facility that can — so your pet is never left without a clear next step.
